Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed through third-party providers.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once delivery has been made.

However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in circumstances such as:

  • Non-delivery due to technical error
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Just because you dont like it. Does not entitle you to refunds.

Detection & Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided if the software is detected by an anti-cheat system. In the event of detection:

  • Aether will make reasonable efforts to update the software promptly.
  • Active subscription keys will be compensated with additional time to account for downtime.
  • Monetary refunds will not be issued for detection-related issues.

Banned Account Refund Requests

Refund requests related to banned or restricted accounts will be denied. We do not provide refunds, chargebacks, or compensation for account actions taken by game publishers or anti-cheat providers as a result of using our software. By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for any such outcomes.

Nothing in this section affects rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for any activity that infringes on the rights of others, violates third-party terms, or engages in harmful or abusive behavior.
